CS3 Hockey Development was founded on the philosophy of providing high quality player development opportunities for players of all ages & ability levels. Our player development model is built upon our 6 Pillars of Player Development, which we believe make up the key components of a complete hockey player: Compete, Challenge, Condition (C3) & Skating, Skill, Situational Awareness (S3) = CS3 Hockey Development.
All of our sessions incorporate individualized, age appropriate instruction that is based around our 6 Pillars of Player Development. A variety of technical skills & tactics are taught in a variety of different ways, in order to continually challenge each individual player to consistently improve & work towards reaching their ultimate potential.
